Who we are
Ecliptic is operated by Bonilla Holdings, LLC. In this policy, “Ecliptic,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Ecliptic platform and the entity operating it.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company information, access-request details, job application information, and uploaded documents.
- Workspace information created or submitted by customers and authorized users while using Ecliptic, including people, recruiting, customer, operational, scheduling, document, and reporting records.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, request identifiers, authentication events, logs, and diagnostic data.
- Payment and billing status from payment processors. Ecliptic does not need to store full payment-card numbers when payments are handled by our payment processor.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, support, and improve Ecliptic and its public website.
- Review company access requests, configure workspaces, manage onboarding, billing, provisioning, and customer support.
- Process job applications and communicate with candidates about published opportunities.
- Operate security, fraud-prevention, audit, availability, reliability, and abuse-prevention controls.
- Send transactional messages such as access-request confirmations, onboarding notices, billing messages, and meeting confirmations.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.
Customer workspace data
Organizations using Ecliptic control the business records they place in their workspace. Ecliptic processes that information to provide the services requested by the organization and its authorized users. Access is restricted through account, role, entitlement, and tenant controls.
AI and automation
Ecliptic may use AI-assisted features to help search, summarize, classify, draft, prioritize, or automate supported work. Those features are designed to operate within the user’s permissions and the company’s enabled capabilities. We do not intentionally use private customer workspace content for unrelated advertising.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, payment, analytics, security, and AI service providers to operate Ecliptic. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual and security obligations.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some security and audit records may be retained for a defined period after an account or transaction ends.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Additional information is available on our Security page.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other control over certain personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, security, contractual obligations, or legitimate business records.

Children
Ecliptic is a business platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer the public Ecliptic service to children who are not legally able to consent to the processing of their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ecliptic evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
